Video Demonstrations before the Judges

Hi, Do we need to be physically present to demo the video on the winning date or we just have to upload our video. Again do you guys provides a traveling reimbursement for us if it's compulsory that we should be physically present...I am from Nigeria and most of my colleagues are from Kenya, Camerooun etc

  No, you do not need to be physically present at the Onsite. I am going to try to contact submitters during the judging event by phone or Skype or something so you can answer any questions they might have.
